As we grow, we are looking for a Senior Beautician to join our dynamic team.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Beautician to provide expert beauty treatments and consultations to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the drive to mentor and guide junior team members.Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Beautician (3+ years preferred).

• Relevant certifications or diplomas in beauty therapy or aesthetics.

• Expertise in advanced skin treatments and knowledge of aesthetic products.

• Able to perform basic facial, chemical peels and microdermabrasion,

• Expereince in waxing, IPL/diode or hair removal treatment will be an advantage.

• Passionate about providing exceptional client care.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced beauty treatments, including facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal treatments and other specialized aesthetic services.

• Provide consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans to clients.

• Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment rooms and tools.

• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.

• Train and mentor junior beauticians to uphold the clinic's standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits and satisfaction.

• Upsell treatments and products to achieve individual and team targets.
