Become a true ambassador for our philosophy--share what makes us unique with genuine enthusiasm. Go beyond the sale: listen closely to each customer's story, understand their skin goals, and offer thoughtful, personalized recommendations. Use your knowledge and warmth to create a welcoming experience where customers feel truly cared for, building relationships that last.

Play an active role in reaching our collective goals by meeting your personal and team sales targets. Deepen your expertise in our products and the art of customer connection to naturally enhance your performance. Keep in touch with customers after their purchase--check in on their experience and uncover opportunities to continue serving their needs.

Handle daily shop operations with pride--from processing payments and managing returns to ensuring every transaction is smooth and respectful. Take ownership of our store's appearance: keep displays beautiful, tidy, and full of life, just as our brand deserves. Help maintain our stock--keep the backroom organized, assist with counts, and help make sure our inventory is always accurate.

Communicates fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Possesses a calm and present demeanor, with a natural ability to listen and connect. Has a genuine appreciation for natural ingredients, sustainability, and a minimalist aesthetic. Prior experience in beauty or wellness is welcomed, but a shared philosophy is paramount. Is responsible, reliable, and finds joy in being part of a collaborative team. Is available to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends.
