Job Description

Assist the company in achieving sales goals and expanding market share in skincare through pharmacy, retail, and event channels. Establish and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, beauty advisors, and retail staff to drive JustBcos product visibility. Execute product demonstrations, customer consultations, and in-store promotions to increase awareness and sales. Sales reports, stock updates, and customer feedback to the management team on a timely basis. Support marketing initiatives such as in-store activations, roadshows, skincare workshops, and product trainings. To plan and execute activities such as webinars, CMEs or product trainings with the help of Marketing Dept.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification. Prior experience as a skincare/beauty promoter in pharmacies, retail, or events preferred. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Possess own transport with a valid driving license. Passion for skincare and beauty, pleasant personality & working attitude. Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
