- Education/Degree: Minimum education level of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Malaysian Certification of Education or equivalent
- Languages: - English will be main and Bahasa Malaysia will be value added.
- Still Open to Fresh grad who are aggressive and willing to learn!
- Background including total years of experience - At least one (1) year relevant sales experience in retail beauty industry for BC and/or at least three (3) years relevant sales experience in the retail beauty industry for Senior BC
- Technical skills: - Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
Tanggungjawab
Responsibilities
1) In charge for Sales and brand growth
2) Handle store sales growth by reaching out to potential customers
3) Provide thorough product explanation and demonstration
4) Provide suitable recommendation of products to customers depending on customer\'s needs
5) Offer good customer experience for the following aspects: Skin Consultation, Skin Check, RM Demo and Hand Demo, Skin Perfect Touch, Make up/Touch Up
6) Constantly follow and comply with the visual merchandising guidelines
7) Constantly do recall and follow-up on active and inactive customers
8) Participate in traffic stoppers and outpost activities as defined by monthly campaign
9) Drive loyalty and repeat purchase of existing customers
Requirements
1) Outgoing and comfortable with speaking
2) Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
3) Mandarin language proficiency would be an added advantage
4) Graduate from Skincare/Beauty courses or with past experience handling skincare/beauty roles
5) Proactive in seeking customers
6) Able to follow a rotational shift following retail hours
