Responsibilities
Interact with consumers (phone calls, emails, live chat, social media...)
Use an appropriate tone of voice to build and maintain rapport with consumers.
Deliver a consistently great consumer experience.
Answers consumer questions and resolves consumer concerns in accordance with applicable procedures and policies.
Accurately capture all necessary information from consumers to ensure meaningful data and reporting.
Basic computer operation, good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
