Requirements

• Past experience as a Beautician/Aesthetician/Therapist/Beauty Consultant is added advantage.
• Past experience as a Sales Specialist/Representative in the beauty or related industry is highly preferred.
• Additional certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology is a plus.
• Language required: Mandarin and English.
• Proven work experience as a Consultant/Manager/Skincare expert or similar role in the beauty or related industries.
• Good communication and selling skills are a plus.
• Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care) is a plus.
• Have a great passion in beauty industry.
• Able to work at Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
• Able to commit retails hours. 6 working days, 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised consultations to help customers meet their skin goals.
• Responsible for overseeing daily operations and supervising staff.
• Carrying out beauty treatments such as facials.
• Provide leadership and direction to the staff.
• Plan and monitor the sales to achieve sales target.
• Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures, in accordance with the organization\'s standards and regulations.
• Offer excellent professional skincare services to customers.
• Hiring and training staff, as needed.
• To perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
