Requirements

• Has experience in beauty, skin management, or massage (preferably 1 year or more).
• Passionate about the beauty industry, possesses good communication skills, and has a service-oriented mindset.
• Sales skills are preferred (opportunity for promotion to Consultant).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation to customers on beauty, skincare, and body care treatments.
• Recommend suitable products or treatments based on customer skin type and needs.
• Perform basic facial, skincare, or massage services (training will be provided if needed).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat visits and satisfaction.
• Promote and sell beauty products or treatment packages to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment area and equipment.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, product knowledge, and techniques.
• Assist in daily shop operations, including appointment scheduling and customer follow-ups.
