Tanggungjawab

• Provide consultation & offer professional advice to customers on necessary procedures or products.
• Achieve given sales target & expectation.
• Effectively promote and introduce all on-going promotion, packages or events to new & existing customers.
• Perform accurate sales transactions & sales collections.
• Calculate & summit self-commission Report to Operation Manager timely and accurately.
• Address customer\'s needs and concerns efficiently.
• Turns unhappy customers into return guests.
• Ensure customers have a satisfactory service experience.
• Build good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention.
• Manage & maintain salon\'s tidiness & cleanliness.
• Ensure stocks are all replenished.
• Actively providing feedback or suggestions to Manager.
• Make appointments and follow-up for new and existing customers.
• Summit Daily report to Operation Manager.
• Responsible for call-calling techniques to generate new leads
• Accurately collect & key-in customers contact details (in particular address & email) for back office follow up work.
• Reply all messages in WhatApps, SMS, & social media platforms.
• Help to clean treatment room if necessary.
