Beauty Sales Advisor

Job Scope / Responsibilities :

Provide personalized beauty consultation and product recommendations. Promote and sell beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products to achieve sales targets. Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships. Demonstrate product usage and conduct mini makeovers or skincare trials. Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and proper stock levels. Support promotional activities, events, and campaigns.

Responsibilities :

Engage proactively with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products. Build rapport and encourage repeat purchases through excellent after-sales service. Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets. Stay updated with beauty trends and in-depth product knowledge. Conduct professional product demonstrations and consultations. Assist in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and expiry monitoring. Work closely with the team to meet overall store goals. Represent the brand professionally in attitude, grooming, and service standards.

Requirements :

Minimum SPM or equivalent; experience in beauty, cosmetics, or retail sales is an added advantage. Passion for beauty, skincare, and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven, proactive, and result-oriented. Pleasant personality with professional grooming standards. Able to start as soon as possible
