Job Description


Headmistress Group is looking to hire a Branch Beauty Sales Consultant to manage the sales and operations of the Headmistress outlet in Kuala Lumpur. The key responsibilities of this position are to run and manage the sales and operational aspects of the outlet including:-

  • Strategize, plan and execute the marketing and sales initiatives to meet the monthly sales target
  • Consult customers for the right treatment (training will be provided)
  • Selling/closing treatment package and/or products
  • Manage the daily operation of the outlet
  • Build customer relationship
  • Staff retention, development and motivation
  • Recruitment of the right talent to enhance the team
  • Financial reporting
