Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level/ SKM in any related field.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, PA, and fitness industries.
- Good commercial sense, excellent communication skills, and tactfulness in dealing with people at all levels.
- Dynamic, resourceful, and able to articulate objectives in a compelling manner.
- Required to work retail operating hours and shift duties.
- Actively promote and recommend suitable treatment services and products good IT the client\'s needs and preferences.
- Achieve the sales targets and KPIs assigned.
- Perform after-sales services - follow up with clients after treatment with due care, attention, and sensitivity.
- Provide the right solution to the customer by consulting and listening.
- Understand the fundamentals of sales, product, and treatment to improve skills by learning and researching in the field.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and handle clients\' requests and inquiries.
