Proven experience in a sales role within the beauty industry
Excellent knowledge of beauty aesthetic products, trends, and techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
