• At least min 5 years experience in coaching beauty.
• Experience in practical and able to demonstrate treatment to beauticians.
• Proficiency in operating skincare equipment and summarize for teaching purposes.
• Up-to-date knowledge in beauty treatments, good knowledge in facial treatments, skin care products, and beauty programs.
• Confident in conducting training sessions independently. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Passion for beauty and wellness
• Excellent presentation, good communication and people skills.
• Candidates with ability to communicate in Mandarin is required as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• SKM/ CIBTAC/ CIDESCO certification or diploma in beauty field would be ab added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

• Implement training to company beauticians and dealers, provide support to achieve company goals and teamwork.
• Lead the beauticians and dealers to provide the best consultation skills and instill treatment knowledge to customer.
• Deliver technical training and product training as per schedule at company to ensure high service quality
• To coach and guide dealers\' staff on both facial skills and retail products training.
• Train and guide the beauticians and dealers to promote sales and marketing packages.
• Upskill beauticians and dealers through training and refresher courses, ensure their theory and practical skills are up-to-date.
• Plan ahead and organizes Training Schedule responsibilities to all onboarding new trainees and beauticians.
• Create training materials, develop training content and teaching of beauty courses, preparing the necessary training materials for conducting workshops and seminars.
• Work closely with other team members to define the learning objective, method and training materials.
