\xe2\x80\xa2 To deliver and collect luggage for arriving and departing guests. \xe2\x80\xa2 To greet all arriving guests and bid farewell to all departing guests using hotel standard phrases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a detailed knowledge of all hotel facilities, their location and hours of operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 To log in number of pieces of luggage during all check-ins and check-outs as well as other deliveries to guest like messages, telexes, mails, packages, faxes, flowers, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the concierge counter in the lobby and the luggage storage room. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver mail and parcel to the Post Office whenever required.
