Job Description

• To load and unload cars on arrival and departure of guests and assist guests entering and leaving the vehicles.

• Ensures guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, attentive and warm service standard.

• To deliver newspapers and messages to guest rooms and to deliver and collect luggage in a timely and efficient manner.

• To check the lobby and Porte Coch\xc3\xa8re and ensuring it remains clean and tidy and to report defects if necessary.

• To supervise the traffic at the Porte Coch\xc3\xa8re.

• Answers guests\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries by providing accurate and appropriate information.

• To inspect all guest transportations and grooming of limousine drivers as per hotel standards.

• Take and forward messages accurately and in a timely manner.

• Handles guest complaints where possible or reports complaint to DM / AFOM / FOM.

• Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.

• Carry out administrative requirements as directed.

• To attend all required trainings by DM / AFOM / FOM.

• Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.

• Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, uniform and body language.

• Ensure all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of the local laws.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month Benefits:
