- A least SPM holder
- At least 1 year of experience in beverage preparation, familiar with coffee and tea brewing techniques
- Proficient in coffee brewing processes, able to operate various coffee brewing equipment independently
- Eager to grow
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Due to the nature of the business (non-halal), non-Muslims are required
- Ensure all beverages meet restaurant standards, maintaining the taste and appearance of drinks
- Possess strong customer service skills, able to effectively communicate with customers and handle special requests related to beverages
- Recommend beverages to customers, providing personalized suggestions based on their preferences
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain smooth workflow during peak hours, ensuring timely delivery of drinks
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure beverages complement the food appropriately
- Keep the work area clean and tidy, ensuring hygiene and safety of utensils and the restaurant environment
