Oversee the daily operations of all beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service, consistent quality, and an elevated guest experience.
Curate and maintain a premium beverage portfolio, including wine, spirits, and signature cocktails that reflect the property's identity.
Train, mentor, and supervise the bar team to uphold service excellence, product knowledge, and luxury presentation standards.
Develop creative beverage promotions, pairings, and seasonal menus to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost control without compromising quality.
Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing requirements across all beverage operations.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage to create cohesive dining and beverage experiences.
Address guest feedback professionally, build rapport with returning guests, and ensure personalized service.
