  • Design and implement the resort\'s beverage offering across all outlets
  • Work in partnership with outlet managers to devise steps of service and train all staff accordingly
  • Ensures compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up and hands on management.
  • Implement beverage policies and procedures throughout the resort
  • Manages in compliance with all applicable beverage and liquor laws
  • Understands beverage control including days on hand, perpetual inventory, bar pars, portion control, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue & returns, food standards, and period end inventory
  • Monitors adherence to all liquor control policies and procedures
  • Manage outlet budgets ensuring the maximization of profit while maintaining guest and associate satisfaction
  • Comprehends budgets, operating statements and payroll expenses, as needed to assist in the financial management of the outlet
  • Maintains food handling and sanitation standards
  • Manages inventories according to budget and business levels
  • Developing menus and promotions as necessary
  • Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
  • Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
  • Any other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time
Talent Profile
  • Diploma/Degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Minimum 8 years experience in the food and beverage, or related professional area, with 2 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Possesses lots of creativity
  • A strong understanding of current beverage trends
  • Natural leadership skills
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Sophisticated communication skills
  • Previous experience working in high-end bars, restaurants, hotels or resorts
  • A positive mindset
  • A genuine passion for working in hospitality
