We are looking for a Beverage Systems Excellence Manager to ensure effective and efficient management of Nestle Professional (NP) assets and the operations team in the field. This involves overseeing trade asset management through systematic processes to guarantee the flawless execution of the route to market plan, focusing on the placement and functionality of systems and assets. The ultimate objective is to drive sustainable growth in the Beverage segment of Nestle Professional Services (NPS) by optimizing asset management and enhancing operational efficiency.
A day in the life of...

• Streamline Trade Asset Operation for effective internal Control Implementation and realign and enforce controls on the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the route to market to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Strengthen Capabilities of Technical Team in the Field through enhancing Preventive Maintenance and repair processes for trade assets.
• Optimize Corrective Maintenance Routes to increase efficiency in servicing and repairing machines through optimized route planning.
• Establish measurement and tracking of critical aspects of machine service and repairs, facilitating data-driven decision-making
• Comply with Guidelines ensuring high standards of sanitation, maintenance, and reporting.
• Manage a skilled technical team to manage trade assets effectively while addressing technical and quality assurance issues.
• Strengthened support and guidance provided to third-party technical and quality assurance teams.
• Ensure successful execution of hygiene and cleanliness best practice programs for NP trade assets, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Implement and review the overall condition of machines at customer locations, ensuring they are well-maintained and functional.
• Ensure consistent application of the 'Drink Quality Program' across all branches, guaranteeing that all beverages served meet high quality and safety standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and experience by maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and beverage quality.
• Ensure all NP equipment complies with Nestle's operational and quality guidelines, reinforcing the brand's commitment to excellence.

What Will Make You Successful,

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/ Electronic / Mechanical or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field (at least 1 year in the foodservice industry)
• Good communication, presentation & PR skills required
