Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; open to fresh graduates with a strong academic record.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of basic HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience in providing administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Familiarity with inventory management processes and systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Willingness to work onsite at the company's Cheras location.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Handle inventory management tasks, including tracking stock levels, coordinating deliveries, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and functional work environment.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Manage employee attendance records and leave requests.
  • Organize company events and activities to promote employee engagement.
