We are looking for a skilled developer/report analyst who is a self-motivated learner and a good team player to help with tactical and strategic reporting from our quoting to CRM systems and can work independently. The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for all reporting tasks including design, development and operation (distribution of reports) of subject matter areas and associated reports contained within the Salesforce. Engages with Operations teams and Management team to understand and translate business requirements into operational designs. Provides analysis on business trends and highlight business activities to management. The Report Analyst provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization\'s mission of utilizing information technology to improve performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction globally
As a Data Analyst for Deal Desk Team, you will be responsible for building reports in PowerBI and Salesforce template for all teams globally. You will work closely with Stakeholder and Leadership team to make sure information is accurate and have viewable reports for teams to utilize.
Responsibilities:

• Excel advance skill with Power Query expertise
• Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI or Excel Advance
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those
• Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making for various stakeholders and department
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish
• Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models
• Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics
• Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI
• Analyze current ETL process, define and design new systems
• Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems
• Create customize charts and custom calculations as per requirements
• Design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions as per needs
• SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data
• Work with users and team members at all level for team performance and operational improvement and suggestions

Salesforce Reporting Users Roles And Responsibilities:

• Good experience working in Salesforce reporting environment.
• Create and develop new report for different business units
• Maintain and improvement current Salesforce reporting
• Good understanding of Salesforce CRM Configure to Quote methodologies
• Good understanding of Salesforce Opportunities and Forecast Submission
• Salesforce user experience and an ability to evangelize the system to peers.
• Experience in a similar Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst function previously.
• Experience or an ability to show that you can work across different departments and with different personality types.
