Key Responsibilities: o Responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly client/internal reports & performance dashboards o Preparing ad-hoc reports & analyzing data for management that provide insight o Data extraction/upload from the client system to the CNX side o Partner with business & support strategic projects involving data mining & analytics o Optimize use of tools/technology to improve efficiency & effectiveness of the reporting group Required Skills: o 1-2 years of experience with detailed data o Strong verbal & written communication in English o Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports o Experience on Advance Excel + Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Studio & other BI tools) o Working Knowledge of SQL scripting, VBA Macros o Understanding of Call Center Operational Metrics o Experience on reporting through CRM switch and tools viz. CMS (Avaya), OB Dialer, Genesys, IEX etc. o Self-starter, ability to complete work with limited degree of supervision o Flexible with shifts and should be comfortable working from office.
