Kitchen Steward (dishwasher)
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitized.
2. Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts.
3. Wash cookware, utensils, and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation.
4. To clean all sections as and when required.
5. To maintain a clean kitchen environment and to sterilize kitchen equipment and utensils regularly.
6. To strictly keep on safety standards following the kitchen’s policies, procedures and service standards.
7. To handle with care all the pots, cutleries & plates and all kitchen items.
8. To ensure all kitchen equipment is properly and correctly stored
9. Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
1. Must be able to work on weekends and on public holidays when needed.
2. A fast learner with an interest in kitchen work.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
4. A professional attitude with strong work ethic and communication skills.
5. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Salary Range: RM1,300.00 to RM1,500.00 + OT
