Job Position: Bilingual Call Center Agent (Japanese Speaker)Location: Bangsar South, KL- Accept engineer dispatch request from global customers to Japan area in English.
- Request Japanese engineer to repair the equipment (Server, Router, Switch, Storage, PC, other IT equipment) in Japanese language.
- Interpretation of conversations between remote customers and Japanese onsite engineers during maintenance work by conf call.
- Preparing in advance the necessary work procedures for engineers who will be working on site.
- Preparing for all the necessary or missing information by the start date of the work: e.g., Checking if site address of the local customer is correct, parts are already shipped, links for conference calls are received already.
- Connecting field and remote engineers using email or phone.
- Managing cases from the time the ticket comes up to the time the ticket is closed.
- Creating, updating, and closing tickets.
- Extracting the necessary information from new requests received and summarizing the information in an easy-to-read and accurate manner.
- Covering 24/7 with 10 existing agents.*Technical IT knowledge is not necessary.
*10% of customer correspondence is email, 90% is telephone (interpretation between engineers).
*This position can have WFH 2-3 days in a week but we are looking for someone who can come to office because there is a possibility that employees need return to the office fully in the future.DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\xe2\x96\xa0 MUST TO HAVE:
- English and Japanese (Hearing, Speaking, Reading and Writing). At least JLPT N2 certification.
- Understand basic IT word knowledge like software/hardware/server/network
- Can work including night shift (20:00-07:00) 1-2 times a month
- Have any working experience\xe2\x96\xa0 PREFER TO HAVE(Advantage)
- Understand the geography in Japan (roughly where each prefecture is located at)
