Job ID: 34640 - WO - C(A35) Call Centre Agent (3 vacancies available) Salary Package : Basic 1750 + 50 (shift allowance) + High Commission Benefit : Annual leave, Medical leave, birthday leave, occasional gathering etc Company Background: Financial Service Working Time: Rotating shift Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Thursday 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6.30pm / 10.30am \xe2\x80\x93 8pm, Friday 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm Alternate Saturday 9am \xe2\x80\x93 1pm Working Location: Sims Lane (5.5 days, alternate Saturday9 Changi Business Park (5 days work, shuttle van provided from MRT station)

  • Call to remind customers of over-due accounts on behalf of clients from the Banks, Telcom Support Service Providers and Commercial clients
  • Arrange payment and follow-up on over-due accounts
  • Perform administrative duties, enquiries, accounts monitoring
  • Update and maintain the credit collection system
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Min SPM
  • Knowledge of banking industry and consumer products and services will be an added advantage.
  • Strong initiative and desire to exceed sales target.
  • Possess good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English
