Job Details

Salary: RM2500 + OT 
Location: Near to public transport 
Working Days/Hour: Monday - Friday (8AM-11 PM) -shift rotation 
s 
	Responsible to handle incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries on products and services. 
	Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives 
	Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services 
	Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile 
	Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way 
	Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level 
Job Requirement: 
	Diploma with 2 years of experience working in call centre 
	Fresh Graduates of Degree/Master are encouraged to apply 
	Willing to work on shift rotation basis 
	Training is provided
