Salary: RM2500 + OT 
Location: Near to public transport 
Working Days/Hour: Monday - Friday (8AM-11 PM) -shift rotation

\xe2\x80\xa2	Responsible to handle incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries on products and services. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level 
Job Requirement: 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Diploma with 2 years of experience working in call centre 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Fresh Graduates of Degree/Master are encouraged to apply 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Willing to work on shift rotation basis 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Training is provided
