Job Description
Job Position : Call center agent
Working Hour : 7am - 4pm / 3pm - 12am / 10pm - 7am
Working Day : 6days per week
Salary package : RM 1900 - RM 2100
Night Shift Allowance : RM 300
6days Allowance : RM 300
KPI Incentive : RM 400 :
- Handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
- Reply incoming email Requirement :
- Able to speak and write in Malay and English
- Able to work rotating shift
- Have own transport Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month Schedule:
- Rotational shift
- Bahasa (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
