Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
Manage clients accounts and resolve billing disputes in a timely manner
Communicate with clients to gather and provide information
Generate reports on billing activity and trends
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
Provide support to the accounting and finance teams as needed
Handling clients' inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting other departments.
Qualifications & Skills
Preferable : Experience with SQL accounting software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
