Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the coordination, data exchange, and collaboration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) with project stakeholders. Prepare technical drawings, coordinate CSD drawings, and ensure proper documentation. Utilize BIM for the creation of shop drawings and related documentation. Produce and review construction shop drawings and as-built documents. Coordinate and communicate effectively with construction project stakeholders. Develop and enforce BIM standards, processes, and templates across projects in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore. Manage BIM team activities, including model coordination, clash detection, and resolving technical issues as a BIM Manager. Conduct training and provide guidance to project teams to ensure optimal use of BIM tools. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align BIM goals with project objectives. Evaluate BIM project progress, reporting to leadership on performance and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in the construction or engineering industry; Proficient in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project workflows; Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in model creation and documentation; Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Pay: From RM6,500.00 per month
