Job Description

To be well-adapted to the fast-paced working environment. To support company\'s International Construction Projects. Using Revit to develop Architectural/ Structural BIM models during the construction stage to follow company standards, project requirements, and construction practices. Using Revit to generate Architectural/ Structural shop drawings from BIM models for construction work. To produce BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) by REVIT. To ensure drawing revisions are updated and recorded in drawing registers. To check inconsistencies in the consultant\'s drawings and to conduct clash detection coordinating with other trades of works. i.e. ASME. To maintain and update all relevant drawing transmittals for all in-coming and out-going drawings. To coordinate with the project team to ensure the as-built drawings are reflected with the actual site conditions. Qualification: A Bachelor\'s Degree/ College Degree in Architectural or Civil engineering. Preferably with at least 5 years working experience in construction industry. Proficient in AutoCAD software with minimum 2 year experience in operating REVIT software. Experienced in BIM on an actual construction project is an advantage. Experienced in making shop drawings and 4D construction simulations is an advantage. Has broad knowledge in Construction detailing works is an advantage. Being Familiar with the Navisworks program and Dynamo application is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft applications e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required. Good communication skill in English is added advantage. Willing to travel and must be willing to relocate for project requirement within Malaysia. Able to go on overseas business trips.
