We are seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to join our project team in Puncak Alam. As a full-time BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating the effective implementation and utilization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards and protocols.
Coordinate and manage BIM models and data across multiple projects using BIM 365, ACC and Revit.
Supervise and provide guidance to BIM Modelers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models.
Familiar with 4D and sequencing in BIM.
Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes.
Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and resolve any issues related to BIM models.
Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination or a similar role.
Proficiency in BIM software such as ACC, BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in BIM or related fields.
Experience with clash detection and resolution.
Knowledge of construction processes and project management.
Willing to work in Puncak Alam.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,980.39 - RM7,904.56 per month
