Job Description

1) Responsible for developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Bentley MicroStation, et

2) Update and maintain BIM models and drawings to reflect design modifications, construction progress, and as-built conditions, ensuring accuracy of shop drawings.

3) Ensure models and drawings are consistently updated, maintaining accurate and reliable information throughout the project lifecycle.

4) Utilize a Common Data Environment (CDE) to manage model exchange and coordination with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.

5) Possess knowledge of Coordinated Combined Services Models (CCSM).

6) Generate shop drawings for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages directly from the BIM model.

7) Prepare complete shop drawings based on details provided by engineers or managers and ensure submission deadlines are met.

8) Familiar with Combined Services Drawings (CSD), Structural E&M Drawings (SEM), Concrete Body Plan (CBP), and Wall Setting Out Plan.

9) Ensure all BIM deliverables and documentation comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and other project-specific requirements or instructions.

10) Conduct and manage internal coordination meetings to resolve design or construction issues affecting the model.

11) Oversee model data to support coordination between various disciplines and subcontractors.

12) Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors on drawing updates and generate Clash Detection Reports.

13) Perform other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
