Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions, as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS). To implement the Building Information Modeling (BIM) system throughout the project. To liaise and correspond with Client, Client's Representatives, Project Managers, Consultants, Authorities, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers to ensure BIM work are carried out as per the project's requirement. To overall trouble shoot, foresee problems and address them. To interact with internal departments/individuals to facilitate the smooth running of BIM. To assist the Superior in all technical related issues and assist in establishing BIM standards and guidelines. To carry out 3D modelling works for construction projects and supporting the production of shop drawings, alternative designs, etc. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.

Requirements:

Possess Degree/Advanced Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering/Building Technology/Construction Management or its equivalent. Age 25 - 35 years' with minimum 2-5 years' working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position, preferably in planning assignments. For the post of Design Engineer, the candidate shall have experience in BIM software. Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia. Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices. Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standard and provide unlimited support for the implementation and on-going maintenance for the Company's Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS). Must be dynamic, a team player, committed and result-oriented. Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals. Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage. Relevant working knowledge in Primavera or other project management software is advantageous. Preferably to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
