Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Undertaking design development and/or calculations for the group across a diverse range of projects. Checking the quality of drawings and accuracy produced by others, ensuring outputs meet the required standards. Managing resources within defined budgets and Arup fee scales and operating in accordance with local Quality Assurance procedures. Contributing to the development of good practice within the discipline through involvement with a skills network. Attending meetings and communicating with clients to establish their needs. Responsible for the recruitment and development of others providing guidance, training, and feedback. Work closely with clients and collaborators from project conception to completion, and recommend solutions. Develop others, provide guidance, training, motivational and directional feedback. Manage the time, quality and cost performance of projects. Summary Skills Certifications Education Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering -
