Create and maintain 3D BIM models of buildings and other structures using BIM software
Collaborate with project teams to ensure that the models accurately reflect the design intent and meet project requirements
Integrate and coordinate multiple discipline models and drawings
Develop and maintain BIM standards and best practices
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and reviews
Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and techniques

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a BIM modeler in an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) environment
Proficiency with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and/or other relevant software
