Our organisation is currently looking for immediate candidate to join for fast pace projects covering Achitechural & Facade specialty for Commercial Buildings, Shopping Complex, Office Buildings and Prestige Residences for a rapid mobilisation. • Produce accurate 3D model using BIM software ( Revit, ArchiCAD) to come out with architecture drawings and design information.
• Collaborate with architect, engineers and other project stakeholders for the information updates.
• Ensure all information on design are updated and verified with accuracy followings industry standards.
• Detect clashes between subtrades and building systems. Troubleshoot and problems solving between the clashes of work progress.
• Generate 2D construction drawings schedules from the model, including plan. elevated 2D design , sections and details of the drawings.
• Coordinate with project team and other support staff to complete the projects within timeline and budget.
• Stay update with the latest version of BIM and ensure all the archiving are backup and on weekly cycles.
• Modify and maintain project updates through out the entire construction lifecycles.
• Coordinate procurement and project planning to ensure work progress smoothly.
• Adhere to project timelines and schedules for completions.
• Coach and guide junior staff for various BIM modules specified by projects.

Requirements

• Cert/Diploma or Any Related Discipline.
• Some experience in Architectural / Facade Works.
• Can start immediately.
• Posses Own Transport.
• Based at Kepong.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month Benefits:
