Your Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeller to join our team. With BIM Farers, you will be part of Melbourne, Australia\'s iconic commercial construction projects, which include:

• 344 City Road (https://warrenandmahoney.com/portfolio/344-city-road-melbourne) \xe2\x80\x93 With 394 build-to-rent units across 41 levels, the Southbank tower will bring together 1,910sqm of retail amenity, hospitality, health, and wellness facility including a two-story gym, a cinema and entertainment precinct.

Our office is based in Melbourne, Australia but your position will be fully remote. Remote work will be made possible via BIM 360, SharePoint and Aconex, and communication with the team will be facilitated via email and Microsoft Teams. What You\'ll Do

• Model/draft using Autodesk Revit (electrical installations and circuitry)
• Execute drafting work within time constraints to a professional standard
• Understand and draft according to the scope of works for subcontractors
• Coordinate with other MEP disciplines and resolve model clashes
• Coordinate with site team and electricians
• Participate in online coordination meetings with the project team
• Assisting Electrical Engineers in design and layout of electrical installations and circuitry on substations, switchgear, cabling systems and control systems
• Collect, study, and combine initial design ideas from engineers into coherent technical drafts for further study and review by project managers
• Review technical drafts as needed according to verbal or written instructions from project managers, engineering team and clients
• Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements

Who We\'re Looking For

• At least 3 years of Autodesk Revit experience in Electrical
• Experience in delivering project documentation to LOD400
• Knowledge of electrical services for buildings, including HV/LV power distribution, Power, lighting & earthing, Security system, ELV system, etc.
• A Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Be willing to read and understand the Australian Standards (softcopies will be provided)
• AutoCAD experience
• As you may be required to represent the company in online meetings with other contractors, builders, consultants, or clients, you must have an excellent written and verbal communication skill in English
• Must possess or be willing to setup your own computer workstation that is suitable to run large scale Revit projects
• Experience handling multiple ongoing complex projects while being able to successfully meet requirements
• Ability to work independently and be willing to time track via a Revit Add-In
• Impeccable attention to detail, judgement, and integrity
• A desire to continue development in the Revit/BIM Design package space
