We are seeking a skilled BIM (Building Information Modelling) Modeller to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed BIM models for architectural, engineering and construction projects. The BIM Modeller will work closely with the design team to produce accurate and high-quality BIM models that meet the project\'s requirements. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Create detailed BIM models for architectural, engineering and construction projects, using software such as Revit, AutoCAD or MicroStation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the design team to ensure the BIM models accurately represent the project\'s design intent and meet the project requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the project team to ensure BIM models are delivered on time, to a high quality and within budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain BIM standards and protocols in accordance with the company\'s standards and industry best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the BIM models are up to date, accurate and meet the project\'s requirements. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 2+ years of experience in BIM modelling. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD or MicroStation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality BIM models that meet the project\'s requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good time management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of building systems and construction techniques. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with BIM standards and protocols. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to relocate to Singapore.
