: We are hiring for BIM Modeller / CAD Drafter Field: MEP, Architectural, Structural General Summary: 1. Tera Build is the most ideal BIM & CAD manpower outsourcing partner and a leading BIM/VDC services provider in Malaysia fulfilling requirements of the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (AEC) sectors. 2. We are expanding our team of BIM Modellers and Coordinators based in Malaysia to provide timely, reliable service for all project needs. 3. We have BIM professionals to provide in-house training. 4. We provide one-stop Reprographics Service (Engineering Print, Plot, Scan, Archive) to support client\'s BIM/CAD works. Highlights:- Career growth and progress opportunities Positive environment Performance bonuses Description:- - Understand project requirements and design concepts to translate conceptualized design ideas into drawings for construction projects - Prepare all drafting works as directed - Receipt, distribute, record, and file all drawings - Liaise with consultants to gather design idea requirements. - Create detailed designs with AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator and Sketchup. - Prepare layout plans, 2D and 3D drawings and renders and ensure all drawings are compliant to requirements. - Support and communicate effectively with the team on the required design and drawings to ensure successful delivery of projects. - Ensure drawings comply with regulations and quality standards and are delivered according to stipulated timeline. - Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant. - Perform other adhoc duties assigned. - Qualifications and Requirements Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with skills on AutoCAD and BIM are preferable. Ability to multi-task, adapt and quick on feet to handle challenges to work with tight deadlines. Good working attitude, responsible, self-motivated and goal-oriented, a strong desire to deliver results. Strong communication and interpersonal and time management skills. Salary: RM2000-RM2500 EPF & SOCSO: Yes Working Location: Ipoh Normal Working Hour: Monday - Friday 0900hrs to 1800hrs Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Schedule:
