Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BIM Modeller to join a dynamic project team. You'll manage BIM coordination, produce accurate technical drawings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee BIM project coordination and report progress to management. Develop and maintain BIM models and ensure accurate asset data for project hand-over. Perform clash detection, assist in coordination meetings, and ensure design compliance. Prepare, review, and issue technical drawings in line with project timelines. Maintain and update BIM libraries, drawings, and documentation to company standards. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align project objectives. Share best practices and contribute to BIM training materials and workflow improvements.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in CAD/BIM for E&M or Building Services projects. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, ArchiCAD, and BIM360; experience in 5D BIM is a plus. Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Highly organized, team-oriented, and passionate about continuous learning.
