Job Scope:

BIM Modelling & Technical Drawings

Produce and update technical drawings based on project specifications and requirements. Ensure timely delivery and issuance of drawings to meet project milestones. Maintain and manage design documentation, including support for reports and presentations. Perform quality checks on completed drawings before submission.

Project Coordination & BIM Support

Coordinate and report BIM project progress to the management team. Ensure accurate asset information in BIM models for final handover documentation. Assist project teams with BIM applications, perform clash detection, and participate in coordination meetings. Support completion of BIM tasks and models as required by each project.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure alignment on design and project goals. Communicate drawing requirements effectively with engineering teams. Share knowledge and collaborate with other departments to foster a continuous learning culture.

Standards & Process Improvement

Create and maintain training materials and BIM standards manuals. Contribute to streamlining design processes, improving quality and efficiency. Manage and update the BIM content library, ensuring all models meet company quality standards.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in CAD/BIM for E&M or Building Services projects. Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, ArchiCAD, BIM360, and MS Office. Knowledge of 5D BIM is a plus. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
