Job Scope:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced BIM Modeller to join our client's dynamic team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will not only produce technical drawings and design documents but also take initiative in self-development and knowledge sharing with colleagues across departments.

Manage and coordinate BIM project activities, ensuring progress and quality are reported accurately to management. Implement BIM applications and workflows to improve design efficiency and ensure high-quality deliverables. Maintain accurate asset information within BIM models for handover submissions and project documentation. Assist project teams with BIM implementation, perform clash detection, and participate in coordination meetings. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design and technical alignment across all project stages. Develop and update training materials, standards manuals, and best practices for BIM usage. Produce and revise technical drawings and design documents according to project specifications and compliance standards. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project documentation. Manage and update the BIM model library, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all drawings. Review and verify completed drawings for quality and compliance prior to submission. Communicate effectively with engineering and project teams regarding design requirements and drawing deliverables. Share knowledge, provide guidance, and promote continuous learning among team members.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in CAD drawing for E&M or Building Services projects. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, ArchiCAD, and BIM360; experience in 5D BIM is an advantage. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
