About Our Client

Job Scope:

Manage and coordinate BIM projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Develop, maintain, and update BIM models and asset data for hand-over. Perform clash detection and support design coordination meetings. Prepare and review technical drawings according to project standards. Maintain BIM libraries, documentation, and workflows to company guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet project objectives. Support BIM process improvement and training initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 1 year of CAD/BIM experience in E&M or Building Services projects. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, ArchiCAD, and BIM360; knowledge of 5D BIM is an advantage. Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative with a strong learning attitude.
