major projects

without fear of rejection - projects will be sourced based on training received. Understand, create, and amend drawings/models in BIM software independently. Generate required information from BIM software accurately. Liaise & coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Identify and highlight drafting errors promptly to the project team. Work closely with Project Managers & teams to ensure drawings/models meet site requirements. Create models and drawings for permitting and construction within set timelines, quality, and cost objectives.

Job Requirements

Open to BIM Modelers with

at least 2-3 years of experience

. Strong passion for a career in the AEC industry. Ability to develop BIM models for Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil services from design to as-built stage, ensuring coordination across disciplines. Open for Malaysian Willing to work onsite in Singapore. Work Permit will be provided.

Education & Experience

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural Engineering, or MEP fields. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn. Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
