Develop, maintain, and update BIM models based on contract drawings and the latest information.
Model M&E services, particularly plumbing and sanitary systems.
Prepare and submit shop drawings, comment drawings, and as-built drawings to clients and consultants.
Manage and coordinate the production of quality shop drawings and BIM models for assigned projects with minimal supervision.
Handle clash reports using Navisworks.
Perform regular drawing backups and housekeeping tasks in the project directory.
Develop technical plans, sections, details, and 2D/3D schematic diagrams using AutoCAD and in-house software.
Plan and manage modeling and drafting work efficiently.
Report to superior on a weekly basis regarding project drawing issues.
Liaise with project teams, perform site drawing updates, and verify actual as-built drawings checklist.
