Job Description

1. To coordinate & build the model building elements. 2. Manage and deliver appropriate visuals and shop drawing to support construction works. 3. Coordinate with Consultants and other trades representatives to resolve clashes / interfacing issues. 4. Coordinates and oversee the extraction of key data from project model for quantity takeoff, logistics, and etc\xcd\xbe. 5. Interface with project planner to create 3D model. 6. Liaise with Document controller for accurate data transfer.

We have completed many prestigious projects including The Binjai On The Park which is the most expensive real estate in Malaysia, Hospitals, Airport, Hotels, Condominiums, Offices, Shopping Mall, Hypermarkets and Factories. We are also involving in super highrise buildings like Merdeka PNB118, The Exchange 106, etc. We are a CIDB G7 registered company which is the highest grade available with unlimited contract value. We have also obtained certification for Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 since August 2011. To date we have completed more than RM300 million worth of contracts mainly in Cold/ Hot Water & Sanitary Plumbing Services.
