Job Description

We are looking for a skilled BIM Rebar Modeller with 3-5 years of experience in reinforcement detailing and modelling using AutoCAD. The role involves preparing accurate 3D rebar models, shop drawings, and bar bending schedules (BBS) while coordinating closely with engineers to ensure design compliance and constructability.

Key Responsibilities:

Create 3D rebar models and reinforcement drawings in AutoCAD. Prepare bar bending schedules from structural drawings. Coordinate with engineers, BIM teams, and contractors to resolve design issues. Verify reinforcement quantities and ensure drawing/model accuracy. Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of experience in rebar modelling or detailing using AutoCAD. Strong understanding of reinforcement detailing standards (BS, ACI, Eurocode). Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
