Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: -

Interim:

To assist on the installation and commissioning of equipment and machine during start up. To support trial run on the equipment and processing with water test. To carry out trial run on identified formulation on the entire process - material preparation, mixing, cooking, storage and transfer to filling. To support the CIP testing in order to validate the CIP cleanliness and effectiveness. To assist on the troubleshooting of the issues arises during the start-up/trial process and propose improvement and action plan. To learn, set up, develop, standardize - WI / SOP / process parameters / operation manual for the new processes and equipment. To proper document all the required trial run forms and records. To maintain good practices, hygiene and GMP standard throughout the trial run process.

Permanent:

Responsible for the daily Blending Section activities - Safety, quality and efficiency. Responsible to liaise with Warehouse on Materials Requisition and Return of Raw Materials and chemicals. Responsible to report of any machine breakdown, any "abnormalities" in the Blending Section to the Senior Executive. Responsible to manage flow out at cold room and rework according to guidelines. Responsible to manage the cold room, ingredient room 1 & 2 cleanliness. FIFO practise implementation in plant. Other duties on ad hoc requirements. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. Responsible for equipment internal calibration activities at Blending Section. Responsible for the Blending Section staffs training, attendance, punctuality, duty roster and their activities. Responsible to liaise with Engineering Department on machine break down and the repair status. Responsible to check and verify all forms before submitting to superior. Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality. Troubleshoot and analyse operational problems and advise on their resolution. Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.

I. JOB SPECIFICATION

Education & Experience: -

Minimum Diploma in in any field With at least 3 years of working at factory environment and preferably, blending section.*

Requirements & Skill: -

Assertive, self-initiative and able to work under pressure and shift. Must be able to work long, odd hours, able to go on shifts and on call any time. Must have own transport. Good attitude and good teamwork spirit. Must be able to either read or write Bahasa Malaysia and English. Willing to learn, adapt new working environment and continuous improvement.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
