Job Description
Position: Boilerman
Location: PTP, Gelang Patah Johor and requirement:
1) Posses 1-2 years experience in fire-tube & water tube biomass boiler package boiler1
2) Able to work in shift rotation
3) Able to handle stoppage job for boilers as to fulfill JKKP yearly inspection requirements. 5)Trained subordinates on boiler safety operation & efficient boiler operation Job 6)Responsible for Boiler operation, Water treatment operations. i.e. Chemical handling and dosing and deaerator temperature.
4) Ensure good condition of all the services lines, e.g. natural gas, steam condensate, water, soft water
5) Reports any defects immediately, if any; Identify all the abnormalities within the boiler plant and report to the superior immediately for rectification.
6) Operate boiler accordingly to ensure high efficiency is obtained and conforms to the safety standards and regulations of machinery department ( DOSH )
7) Record all the gas, water soft, water consumption and steam (generated from the boiler) that been supplied to the plant
8) Carry out frequent services, maintenance and inspection to all the machinery on the boiler house.Interested candidate can email to:
