Entering financial transactions into accounting software or ledgers.
Maintaining Records:
Ensuring that financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and bills are properly filed and organized.
Document Reconciliation:
Verifying and reconciling discrepancies in financial records.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Accounts Payable:
Processing bills, preparing checks, and making sure payments are made in a timely manner.
Accounts Receivable:
Tracking and recording incoming payments, sending out statements and reminders for overdue accounts.
3. General Administrative Tasks:
Filing and Organizing:
Keeping accounting records up to date and properly organized for easy access.
Maintaining Supplies:
Ensuring that accounting-related office supplies and equipment are stocked.
4. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or equivalent.
Proficient in using computers, accounting software, and smartphones.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related administrative tasks is a plus.
Familiarity with managing online records or systems is a plus.
Efficient in responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
Experience:
Accounts/bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
